Can we get a champ that doesn't have mobility, %health damage/true damage or is manaless?

Oh wait, this new champ has all three of those things. Whenever a champion has had even one of these things they've always been such a nightmare to balance. I think Kled looks cool, but from a balance perspective he is a huge problem (despite his size). Would it be too much to ask to just keep things simple with new champs every once in a while?

Let's take a look at Annie for instance. I know people complain about her a lot, but from a balance perspective there's absolutely nothing wrong with her. You know exactly what she's capable of, and she doesn't have a super loaded kit. She's your typical burst mage champ. Is she a little overtuned? Perhaps, but design wise she is healthy.

So you are pretty much asking for a full tank champion with a full tank base stats.

Annie is actually a nightmare to balance because there's no real way to miss her combo, that means that every Annie plays her to her full potential, which makes it hard to give her appropriate numbers because she lacks counterpart if she's to strong and lacks outplay potential if she's to weak.

All recent champ had really simple kit and I'm so happy that they finally released a complex one.

Its ok he will just end up on the perma ban list because he will ruin everyone's enjoyment and end up getting nerfed into unplayability unless he gets 1000 "omg did you see that outplay!" Youtube videos on just the first day.

"Annie" "design wise she is healthy"

Those two phrases do not belong next to each other.

Also Kled's design is pretty balanced because he is similar to Gnar in that his power is restricted somewhat. Half of his kit is only available when he has his steed, and his main source of %hp damage (W) is a passive ability that he cannot control in any way other than not attacking, and also has a pretty long cooldown (from what I've heard). Boom, you already have counterplay especially since the rest of his kit doesn't really lend itself to clearing waves/ability farming.
