Garen really should just sit in the gutter

Until they rework him. No skill to play as him. Stupid to play against when he's strong and worthless when he's weak. IDC if he's a 450 ip champ Poppy sat in the gutter for 4 seasons while they waited to rework her.

Garen is just oppressive when he is strong and worthless when he isn't. He is a stat check by definition he is also high contradictory in his kit and the fact that people are climbing with him in diamond shows how much of a stat check he is. I don't understand Garen is supposed to be the early game lane bully who shits on you if you try to fight him yet he has an armor shred on his E now letting him skip building . A stupid passive that lets him regen any damage he takes in an engagement and just heal it off because his W is just a flat damage reduction and cc reduction meaning he doesn't die if he gets caught. He has no mana to top if off and his ult isn't on that long of a CD. His ult can turn from magic damage to true damage which is a massive swing factor in his damage considering he literally doesn't build magic pen. His Q is a damn slow removal.

Like how much can you overload a binary champion before you realize that he isn't healthy and should just stay in the gutter like did. It isn't fun to play him, other than ulting, or as against him nor can it ever be balanced. So why the hell is he allowed to be viable. I honestly want to know why we don't just gutter champions anymore.

Champs that need to be guttered till reworks: . I could name others but none of them are ever fun to play against period let alone when they are strong. I know Swain literally just got reworked, but theres almost no way to balance someone that has a free engage on allied cc passive that also does damage. The rest of his kit is for the most part able to be balanced.
