Before anyone says "Hard CC", that's a long term solution.
For laning, you must engage him early, A LOT. Do not let him hit CS without hitting him with an ability or auto attack. Also, do not engage him when he has his fury bar 75 - 100% full, his crits will occur.
For fighting in general, have someone who can reposition. Tryn can, but he most likely will use his gap closer to get to you. Never be the first to make up the difference. Also he has a slow, but only if you face away from him. If you see him, try to constantly run, about face, and run to increase the chances of his slow just becoming an AD reducer and him wasting it.
When it comes to late game, the only way to beat him is to burst him so that he's forced to ult, and then ignore him damage-wise but STILL CC him to keep him around.
A common mistake is not fighting him because he has his ult up. You NEED for him to use his ult, or else he'll win, so do what you need to to force it. CC doesn't prevent his activation, but I would save the CC for when he does use it. Then another mistake, which everyone is aware that they do, is that when his ult is up, people keep fighting him trying to get that last hit. His ult lasts a LONG time, when it is up, focus your damage on someone else. But if you let him get away, he'll heal it back.
