Banning someone who quits is like beating a dead horse. Beating dead horses is what the boards does on a daily basis, somewhat ironically, so it's interesting they can't differentiate beating one dead horse over another dead horse, since all they do is beat dead horses.

Dead horse.

He says he quits. I somewhat doubt that he will though. In my experience people who talk about quitting are just venting. People who actually quit, just quit. Although this could be a little difference since he has an audience that he was informing. Its probably going to cost him views though which could pressure him to come back.

Nobody ever heard of a mute button..

Where is the "stop" button for when players like malph bully the entire team into losing? Oh right, there is none.. and evidently there is no consequences for intentionally feeding.

Again, feelings. Some guy punches you in the face and apparently you cant say or do anything about it. You have to be a robot and stay silent. No human reaction is allowed.

This is a joke. A complete joke.

Riot just flexing their nuts. No real justice just banning people the FEEL like banning.

Mark my words. This is the begining of the end. LoL is a big game.. stuff like this is like knocking out pieces of their own foundation.... the bigger it is the harder it falls. And nobody will back them up... just like none of you are backing up Dunkey.. you're just going to move along and side with the general consensus... just hopping on the bandwagon.

And when you all leave to another game who implements real, honest and fair practices, riot will only have themselves to blame.

Only if the Malphite gets the same treatment.

What? It's only fair.

Honestly, the game will be SO much better without Dunkey, and he won't be able to promote toxic behavior like he has for the past 4 years as easily now that he is quitting. Good riddance.

Why bother? He said he's not coming back

Dunkey and that maplhite both did things wrong and should both receive punishments

BRING ON THE DOWNVOTES BOYS

Spineless babies like you disgust me. It's a video game. It's not real life. Pick your dick up and super glue it back to yourself. Trash talk has always been a part of games. If you can't take it, go play an offline game where your precious feelings can't be hurt by strangers.

That's why they have a mute button btw. Just mute them if you can't handle what they're saying.

Dunkey was in the right tho. We don't live in North Korea, you can say what you want.

At some point, Riot Lyte said that the people that get perma-banned are the people that are incapable of reform; the people that, no matter how toxic or abrasive they get, are unable to recognize that they're in the wrong. People who will read what they've gotten banned for, and honestly not be able to tell you what the big deal is.

Look at dunkey's recent video. He finds absolutely no issue with "You're a fucking worthless... pile of trash... that should be gunned down in the street". He's not trying to be funny when he says that, either. He is legitimately upset with the malphite and decides to say that. The framing of the video makes it look like he expects the viewer to find the resulting ban ridiculous; that the moment the viewer sees that dunkey got banned for that, the viewer is supposed to think "Dunkey shouldn't have gotten banned, he was right in saying that feeder should get gunned down".

I don't think Dunkey should be perma-banned. He obviously hasn't displayed enough toxicity in-game for the system to decide he needs that, and Riot shouldn't make an exception for him just because he's a youtuber (just like how Riot shouldn't unban him just because he's a youtuber.) However, Dunkey is just... a horrible person.

Let me preface what I'm about to say with this: I do not condone what he did, he should be banned for it, period. That said WHY IN THE WORLD IS THE OBVIOUSLY TROLLING MALPHITE NOT GETTING ANY CONSEQUENCES FOR THIS? Trolling is just as much against the summoners code as verbal abuse, so why is it almost never punished accordingly? I reiterate, yes what dunkey did was bad, but it was a direct reaction to someone who was TRYING to make people angry.

Why would he quit for real? His latest video has made him even more popular. He's an entertainer, likely laughing his ass off at all these posts and figuring out how to use all this attention to entertain. And I don't blame him for that, we all have to make a living somehow.

PS. I do not support his comments to Malph in anyway.
