rotation ratio: 400% bonus ad, 500% if you add in another autoattack, but that doesn't count because you can do the same for Vayne.

Vayne is more mobile thanks to her passive and spammable Q
Engage range... maybe, but that doesn't matter... If Talon jumps on Vayne, she just stealth rolls and crit him for more damage than his entire rotation because he doesn't have a silence anymore.

This, I don't think dropping a pink breaks stealth either, so if Talon opens his combo with Shadow's Assault, he can drop a pink the moment she pops Final Hour and just gib her.
Vayne can of course do the same, so it becomes a battle of who outplays who first, Talon has the advantage simply because of how quickly he can use his full rotation though.
