So..... Has Riot remembered why they reworked Essence Reaver yet?

Just inquiring minds want to know.....

It's not like Essence Reaver is:

-A Crit item with 60 AD, 20% CDR -In a meta where people gain sustain from Runes, not items -Is primarily used by No Mana champs like more than it is on the adcs it was meant for

And..... even the Mana Bruisers are building it now, in a meta where they have a Keystone that gives +AD, runes that give AD, and itemization gives about 100 more AD than it used to.

I'm seeing 500-650 AD champs every game now. Don't see the AD ratios getting nerfed though.
