Idk about you guys but i really don't enjoy 
outdamaging me and being unkillable on a one tank item powerspike while also retaining amazing CC and disengage as well as engage.
When i'm playing

and she just stops taking damage after Bami's cinder or a chain vest it is so frusterating to watch her just Spam Q on me and do chunks of my Hp even just with one hit of it.

Dryditch2 votesTanks have phenomenal base damages to make up for the minimal investment they make in damage. The fact that Poppy can afford to go a tank item first that adds damage is nice for her, but most of her damage is coming from that Q being used successfully to deal 7% physical maxhealth damage per proc.
You want to stop her from dealing that damage? Build armor. It mitigates her early power.
You're also playing bruisers against a tank who can probably predict your engage and stun you, then murder you with a wall pin. If you have a problem with her, just focus on CS-ing and roaming to kill other targets who aren't going to counter you by virtue of their class.

Dryditch2 votesOP isn't providing us with info about whether Poppy is out-damaging him throughout the game (ie: end-game damage charts) or just in lane. It makes sense that she'll chunk him hard in lane if trading properly with Q, passive, and grasp.
OP should be capable of roaming and doing the damage that befits a bruiser as long as he isn't trying to fight with Poppy early.

Dryditch2 votesAs Ralanr has already said, Poppy's entire purpose in teamfights is not damage. Damage and soft CC are the purpose of bruisers.
Poppy is a puretank. Her base damages are high, her scalings are decent, but she isn't going to build anywhere near as much AD as will a bruiser/juggernaut.
Pantheon and Wu are going to dive into the enemy backline and try to fuck up an ADC. Poppy is going to either peel the tanks away so her backline can pepper your squishies or peel assassins and juggernauts off her squishies. Sure she has damage, but she's not going to outdamage a team that knows what it's doing.

Ralanr1 votesYeah the Q hurts, but you can avoid it if she doesn't stun you with the charge. And if she triggers CoTC, then wait four seconds.
After that, you have a few seconds to engage on her while her abilities are on cooldown.
If you keep finding yourself losing the trade, build some armor. The biggest mistake I keep seeing with fighters is that they keep rushing offensive items despite being pushed behind.
Just yesterday I fought a Riven as Poppy. I played around her and got a few kills which allowed me to get my durability items faster and up a level on her. She rushed BC, didn't even finish boots, and I had sunfire while working on my IBG when she finished BC.
She was still squishy and died easily in extended trades because my defense was strong enough for my offense to smash through her shitty defense.
Losing trades? Build defensively for a bit.

nm10101 votesIt is your damage vs her effective health compared to her damage vs your effective health that you seem to not understand. She can do less damage then you and still be taking a higher % of your effective health due to the way hp and resistances scaling multiplicatively while damage scales linearly (without crit).
Aka you need to fit some pen or armor reduction in there big boy. Also colossus basically makes pantheon trading laughable vs poppy.

nm10101 votesThat was more due to colossus vs non-colossus, you won't win trades vs colossus so you either have to bait it or take it yourself (which you can't as pantheon vs poppy so you just lose).
RogueWill1 votesHe has to bait the colosus and then go for a proper trade. That is teh whole reason why it has 30 sec CD and not the 4 sec CD of the others tanks masteries.
