Idea: Disable New Champions in Solo Queue, Add Back Team Builder to Replace Blind Pick

The main and only purpose of Blind Pick anymore is for people to play the game without picks or bans and USUALLY to play a specific champion they want to play. The current Blind Pick is still just a "I called it first" system that can lead to toxic behavior and arguments. Old Team Builder was a good system that's main issue was Queue Times due to the Support role being ass back in the day. Once Riot improves Support, replacing Blind Pick with Team Builder would be great.

Also, new champions/VGUs should be disabled in Ranked Solo Queue for 5-7 days after release. Champions that get a VGU get a 5 day disable and new champions get a 7 day disable. This way everyone can learn how to play against the champion in non-ranked queues for some time and, with Team Builder, people who want to play the champion can enter Team Builder to always get to play them.

Blind pick = fast match. Team builder was the slowest queue. Great way to piss off casuals and newcomers. Besides role select accomplishes most of what team builder did with fewer downsides.
