I'm not saying she doesn't deserve buffs, just for the people who want her buffed, buffing her causes her to become even more cancerous top.
She already counters most melee tops, buffing her to be viable bot lane will make her more broken top.
She needs a rework, not buffs.

Jesus, Quinn is nowhere near broken and the fact that her kit is anti melee duelist IS what makes her who she is. Yes, your bruiser trash is going to get hard countered sometimes, that's the problem with bruisers, they are binary bags of stats, deal with it or stray off the meta a bit to deal with enemy picks.
Have you seen Quinn struggle against ranged, ability based champions?. or high sustain waveclearers? It's outright sad.

Only Play Darius1 votesVayne's waveclear is even worse than Quinn's, which is pretty bad to begin with. In fact, of all the ADC's , Vayne has the worst possible waveclear in the game. Yes both Quinn and Vayne can handle themselves in 1v1's, but they are missing the other requirement of being a top laner: being able to clear waves efficiently. If they don't outright win lane, then they fall behind in map control because the enemy top can slow push and it takes Vayne/Quinn about 10 minutes to clear a snowballed minion wave.

No, she not s strong wave pusher like Garen or Shyvana, but she can also effectively harass them out of exp range when played well. (Of course, there are exceptions. A good Darius will sh*t on her if his reflexes or ping are fast enough.)

Anonagon2 votesQuinn top isn't even anywhere near as oppressive as people say it is, and the only people who complain about it are people who refuse to adapt their strategy to playing against her.
When it comes to buffs, really the only thing she needs right now is to have her AA animations fixed. She could use some other changes but they really can wait for AA fixes, and given how shitty her current AAs are and how dependent she is on AAs for damage, AA animation changes for her could be a huge buff.
