Possible fixes I think this guy needs is -
Pheonix stance just another ability that goes on cooldown, and not a stance.
His bear stance is underpowered too, with no real incentive to putting points into it. (slower clear time for only a 5% movespeed increase.. )

Side note, you're calling Udyr slow but telling people not to max the ability designed to make him go fast. If you are going Tiger you never max Phoenix, if you're going Phoenix you never max Tiger. You always max Turtle then Bear.

You went Warrior first which is fine, but you maxed Tiger while going almost full tank after Warrior and tried to build Trinity Force last. If you're getting Trinity, you do it 2nd item always. You never stall out its purchase that late because by that time it's pointless.
Lastly, that's the ONLY Udyr game I'm seeing in your match history, so trying to hate on Udyr's state when you clearly know nothing about how he's used is probably something you should avoid doing.
