Is it about time we have Voice chat?

It's in every mainstream Multiplayer game today and will make a game like League much better for communication and to make better plays and stop bad plays. Having this added would make teams more structured and would make this game much easier to help someone who isn't doing as good and give them some instruction to keep them useful instead of him going 0/5 in 10 minutes.

"But the people who are toxic would make this feature horrible"

TBH, Voice chat would promote LESS toxicity (imo) since people are more likely to type toxic stuff since they got this confidence that they're good and someone simply saying "you're trash" or something else back wont doing anything since they're on their high horse and got this vibe that they're the best. But if you bring voice chat into this, a very small percentage of people would actually rage at a team mate like they do in text chat since they're exposing a part of themselves (their voice) and they know someone can simply shoot back at them (which I highly suggest NOT doing since Riot will ban yo ass since they're done with this toxic shit), and you can simply ignore them like you do with the current system.

If you don't believe me, look at the CSGO system and Valve. I am an avid CSGO player with over 2000 hours of playtime and I have encountered like..8 people who have been toxic. And while you may say that CSGO has a much cleaner community (which it does) we do not have Valve banning toxic people AT ALL in both DOTA and CSGO unlike what Riot is doing here in League. Also voice chat adds a bit of fun to the game if you get matched with fun team mates who joke around and can make you loosen up a bit and keep your spirits up if you think you're doing bad.
