Also Taric could've been a very very fun Bruiser with his passive mechanic chaining abilities and autos together keeping the attack speed and abilities flowing especially if he built Spear of Shojin to go with it, i wish Riot would encourage alternative playstyles for their champions more, at least if they gave him some AD scalings so people can play it for fun
xDogMeatx1 votestaric is one of those guys to need some things into there whole get up so he isnt a ARMOR bot that can also stun/heal/ult. he isnt directly into the fight hes just there doing spell shots/providing armor the only times he exists is if he 1v1s a nasus or some other juggernaut.

into tank and you will shred people with 500 damage per auto and 2 attack speed while still having 300+ armor.
