Yep at lvl 18 that is what he has. Dont gain any from items so it had to be better then 1800. The issue I have is that he can almost Just Ult Squishies and one shot them and can do it again in for 20s and again....

Wait how are you getting This information that he gets 2471 HP? I know Galio gets that much but he is already in the game. Sources?

he gets 1960 hp at lvl 18

he get 80 hp per lvl and 600 base hp

Dont know what to say but with that build I have 2471

Did a game with GotU and Overgrowth and eneded the game with ~2800. At some point there was a bug because after dying and respawning I had 3800 then took damage and dropped down to 2900 so there is bugs

played him on pbe he had 600 hp, i increased his lvl by one with the practice tool and went to 680 hp

Yep he does start at 600 and at lvl 2 he gets +80 but the next lvls are not +80. He ends at lvl 18 with 2471

So this is what surender@20 shows

Base HP: 600 HP Per Level: 110 HP Regen Growth: 0.1

Seems his hps are bugged because he only gets +80 at lvl 2

I wish riot made their non linear scaling stat model more well known, you gain less increases early and more later for some of your stats. I have no idea if this applies to hp, but it could explain it.

Yep just dropped into the Practice tool and lvled him to 18 he has 2471

Also you dont want to take item 3053 after playing it never pops because he does not have bonus HPs Better to take item 3026 because in 1v1 you can die before you get them to the 1081 hp and ult, this saves you and you get the kill.
