Is to revert her 4.13 buffs.
For those who don't know what buff I'm talking about:
Final Hour: Bonus attack damage increased to 30 / 50 / 70 from 25 / 40 / 55.
That would help to solve her power of killing both squishies and tanks alike, giving her more of that tank-busting power.
Probably a good idea. As I recall the buff was to compensate for a bug they fixed where Tumble's AD ratio was increased during her ult, but the overall damage went way up.
just do -4 ad, that should really put the nail in the coffin for vayne.
i feel like they should revert her scaling Attack speed buff a long time ago i remember she had low Attack speed but riot buffed that if it takes longer for her to get off her passive she isn't much of a threat
