I'd rather have the usual chances than a significantly increased chance of the Irelia feeding, because it both doesn't play Irelia and doesn't play bottom lane.

If the system can't make a good ranked match, it shouldn't start a game at all.

But more waiting...wouldn't affect either of those things and you are just as likely to get the feeding Irelia with or without the wait?

If it wasn't obvious, the Irelia is auto-filled. I'd rather wait longer and have that same player in a role that they know how to play.
