Riot: Why was Teemo's mana reduced??
I understand he can start Doran's Ring but the "compensation" mana change doesn't seem to fit. (and may have been added in error?).
Teemo is not a mage, is not played mid, he does not waveclear efficiently, Teemo doesn't even build mana items!! Why should Teemo have the second lowest Mana pool in the game for no big reason? Hey I know he isn't super mana dependent either, it just seems like including him misses the mark and hurts his already weak late game unnecessarily, and adding mana to his early game he doesn't need before level 6...
It was even said in the patch notes -- "These champions, while also affected by the Doran's Ring, don't tend to build any of the mana items we're touching this patch. So, we're only adjusting their mana regen, but leaving their base mana and mana growth untouched.", --- and Teemo was listed under those. Is there some kind of mistake??
