A couple Karthus-Related Questions for @RiotRepetoir
Since it seems RiotRepetoir is answering everyone's Questions, (which I'm Grateful btw) I have a couple Questions myself:

Why doesn't his ult scale off of CDR? (Yes, I've tested it by getting CDR items, and the Ult time doesn't change after an ult)

I haven't noticed quite as much recently, but if the bug with Karthus's passive (where it sometimes gives his Q a slightly higher cooldown than normal) is still around, can we get a fix?

When are we gonna get any more Pentakill related anything? If I remember correctly, a red said sometime that Pentakill would return :)

Can we get an indicator for when a champ is killable via Karthus ult? Since Cho has one, and Garen and darius will be getting one soon, it'd just make sense if the champ with an ult like so would get an indicator.

I don't suppose we can get a Karthus skin anytime soon? (this one's more of a personal question lol)
