Seriously, if you play support use the damn things as soon as you can, don't just sit on them for minutes at a time for no reason. Why do people do this? You are crippling yourself out of gold whilst the enemy support is raking it in.
I main Thresh and some of the Adc's with just dont let me finish off all my stacks. This pisses me off more than anything when I lane with a dumb adc, it goes both ways :D
I conserve 1 charge for a cannon minion so that I can get HP from my strength of the ages keystone.
Also it's good to conserve a charge or two to heal your adc and yourself if you're up against a poke lane, since most supports who pick up relic shield can't really poke back.
I'll use it when the damn team lets me!!! I try so hard to use the damn things to max effect and people.just run up and kill everything in .5 seconds leaving me sitting there with 4 blue balls of irritation!
