But if she can 100-0 as she is, she's annoying as hell, like Zed or Fizz. There's a reason why everyone hate them. Neo Cyrus4 votes... That's actually a pretty notable nerf for a champ that loses the majority of the time as it is. Her win rate is going to go down the shitter just from the R being nerfed like that, count on it. I don't like it because it doesn't address the problem of her zoning and being incredibly annoying in general, yet it manages to throw her chances to win down the toilet. LB players will feel shafted and those facing her will still feel annoyed.
If her spell ranges get reduced she'd become super worthless. LB needs a rework and likely will have to be converted to a skillshot champ. There's no way she can be both strong enough to have a decent win rate and not perma-banned due to being too annoying if her kit is left as it is.
hgjkdlsaf jeldvb2 votesyup. Unfortunately, it's not just solo Q that is driving this. She's also spammed in pro level. Regardless of her balance state though, the fact is that she lacks counterplay. She can just double dash in and still do a ton of damage to you. There's very little you can do to outplay her.

Not exactly, she loses 175, but you are on the mark. A very small nerf. But it gets worse, as most of the time you'll see LeBlanc at around 500 AP, so let's do the calculations.
500(.65+.975+.65)=1137.5 (Pre-nerf Damage) 500(.6+.9+.6)=1050 (Post-Nerf Damage) 1137.5-1050=87.5 (Total Damage loss) (Or just 175/2=87.5)
Quite honestly, she really doesn't lose much on this nerf. I hope Riot looks into this a little more
Actually, Hurny Quilva was much closer to the mark. Your math is assuming she's using all the variations of her ult. She only gets to mimic one of those spells, thankfully.

I've had that happen and save me from one skillshot from an enemy LeBlanc, then I was able to kill her with 7 health remaining. I had about 200 health at the start of the fight, and she had about 400.

terkmc1 votesThe ability to instagib someone gives the impression you are better than that someone, since if they were good, they wouldn't have died, thus superiority complex. Especially super mobile assassin, since the usage of 2 dash on short cd with reset gives the impression of skill.
Actually now that i think of it, the tankier/immobile someone is, the nicer they are, since they have to cooperate with their team and they have to know themselve first to play tanky immobile champ

LeBonkz isn't that big of a problem for me since I just grab Galio & put W onto anybody in my team who's low in health during team-fights, except when they have an Udyr on the same team, fuck Udyr, and queue-dodging that shit when LePrickz has a LOLdyr on her damn team, that combo on the same enemy team can just go fuck off !
