Vayne isn't getting a Net buff

She's getting power redistributed. She's losing the Crit on Q's bonus damage, and is getting increased percent health damage instead. The health per kill is likely attributed to get the ball rolling on those 1v5's they so enjoy. Double W stack is a bug that's getting fixed.

Changes meaning, she's going to be more effective against Tanks and less so about Squishies, bringing her back as the Tank shredder instead of the General duelist. A buff against Tanks, a nerf against Squishies.

I feel like you're underestimating just how much damage Vayne is losing with the removal of Crit bonus damage. This is something Vayne has had forever, with the only most recent change being the fact that if the Auto crits, so does the bonus damage.

It probably is a slight nerf without the ult change, but currently it's too much The changes push her away from being a squishy destroy her to only tank busting which is her designated niche

I'd expect to see some heavy tuning on the ult change and more power put into Q or W

Not being able to burst people with the Q crit Auto means her kill pattern is more drawn out. Vayne has existed because she can kill people fast due to the burst. Her survivability is being moved away from being able to kill someone fast, to being able to kill someone and keep going.
