Do you like champions with low base hp, high mana costs and high cooldowns?

You gotta figure that his enemies will dodge at least half of his abilities. With other adc abilities it isn't like that. They just point and click you and you take damage. With Ezreal at least you're able to dodge his moves if you're good enough. And most other adc's have more range on their abilities than Ezreal (not counting global ults). There's a reason why his win rate is so much lower than other adc's like Twitch, Vayne, Kog, Jinx, etc. He doesn't get an attack speed steroid for free. He actually NEEDS to hit something. And for that reason I feel he should be compensated in other ways (lower mana costs, lower cooldowns, etc).
