They said 5.20 will go live sometime this week, hopefully tomorrow.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the website and click on service status. There they announce when patches are coming out about 48 hours before.

I had 20,000 IP, so I said fuck it and bought a name change.

Patches are on Wednesdays for NA. I think most likely yes, patch is then (announcement tomorrow hopefully). Also keep in mind that champions/skins are usually not released immediately (though since Kindred was delayed that may be an exception).
