I am a former mid main, who's now an adc main and top secondary. Who is easier to learn?? Who is stronger atm? Anything else I should consider?

My other tops are Sion, Camille, and Tryndamere.

Rumble I find is much more fun than kennen, there is something nice about burning people in the face mercilessly and he can be quite the lane bully. Kennen is good too and is easier to pick up and learn though but i would say rumble as he doesn't rely on his ult as much as kennen. Also you can play rumble in the jungle so if you ever get tired of top lane then you can still enjoy playing the champ while having a impact around the map.

Sorry if i sound biased towards rumble, i really love that champ anyway both are good at what they do so its up to you.

How hard is rumble to learn? I really like Sion's cc, q damage, and the rewarding ness of using his abilities well. Does rumble feel similar in terms of those things?

The tricky things with rumble is his passive as you have to manage that well to output good damage and his ult because its works like a viktor laser and positioning of that ult is what can win teams. Rumble doesn't have hard cc like sion but rumble's q does have a 100% ap ratio similar to sion's ad ratio, rumble has a shield w like sion but it gives movement speed and combined that with his harpoon e slows he has great chase potential.

His abilities are not hard to use apart from postioning of his ult, what is hard is knowing rumble's power spikes such as lvl 4. I got a diamond friend one trick pony rumble main and from what he showed me is that i noticed how some rumble players fail to realise their own damage. Rumble isn't heavy mechanically intense but you gotta invest more time in rumble than kennen knowledge wise.

There will be moments with where you will mess up that ult and there will be times where the enemy team panics trying to get out of the ult they lose focus(and a good amount of health) on the teamfight.

Edit: here is a vid to show you what you can do with rumble

The hardest part about Rumble is managing his heat. Your abilties get empowered if you have at least 50 heat, but you get "overheated" if an ability would take you beyond 100. Overheating blocks out your abilities but gives you a buff to your AAs. As such, you have to balance your abilities carefully so that you don't overheat when you might need to use your slow or shield/speed boost. Alternatively, if you overheat while using flamespitter, you can potentially up your damage output with the empowered AAs.
