Just played a game as Jhin

He seems on the strong side even though i played him in a bot game, only way i was able to play him. His passive is what really needs to be toned down. Maybe give his q more base damage but lower the its scaling damage per bounce to counteract it. It just doesn't really feel all that strong early game and this way it won't make it super powerful late game. W and E seem to be fine from what I saw. I only think his ult should give vision though if it hits the enemy. I had a shot miss but give vision of the recalling enemy which allowed me to get the kill.

**His passive is what really needs to be toned down. **

His passive: Attack Damage is increased by X [ (2-40 based on level)% + (40% of Crit Chance) %+ (25% of bonus attack speed)% of total AD). Its really not that spectactular since jin is VERY prone to ANY kind of tank or attack speed slow to rough him up. Did a 2v2 today and completely wrecked as taric. TARIC. 700AD with 0.63 attack speed is effectively... 370~400AD for a normal marksman. Jin is an AD caster enforced.

It doesnt get increased damage per bounce. its 35% damage increase per killed enemy; if you use it to kill an entire wave (which you should - AAx3 Q crit on the enemy champ) is how its meant to be used. MIN. PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% AD) (+ 60% AP) Its a very powerful harass AND farming too if you can position it right. It also makes jhin a fantastic jungler if you give him the right runes.

His ult is DESIGNED to be an execution. if it didnt give you vision where it passed, how could you execute someone like zed who is hyper mobile and fleeing?
