Spirit visage passive? Op?

I can't help but think that spirit visage is really making sustain tank/bruisers aids. I think it's possibly the master puppeteer behind the scenes pulling the op healing strings on champions like Volibear Vladimir Swain DrMundo and to a lesser extent Illaoi Nasus XinZhao Olaf . So maybe we need to take a look at SV and see if the problem in lies in it's passive?

Perhaps, I would be interested in looking at numbers of healing done in a typical team fight if I could find them.

Although, they also introduced the new grievous wounds item that applies it pretty much permanently.

Plenty of easy ways to counter healing/regen. Not really an issue.
