The Tribunal is flat out disgusting

So many games are just horrific to even look at. People get away with almost anything they want ruining the game for everyone else. It's becoming a serious problem and we need a new tribunal NOW. The feeders, the trolls, the afks. Please can we do something???? I lose ranked games because of this, and I lose all my games in general because of this. Everyone has experienced this. There's not one person that hasn't experienced this at least once. A report to the person doesn't do anything. I am not satisfied after reporting the players because I just know they aren't going to get punished at all. Using the phrase "I am going to report you" doesn't help stop the fact that people will troll in your game because they know in their head nothing is going to happen to them and they can play on other accounts. This is becoming a serious joke now and playing these games and seeing the mentality of these players just go passed the fact that they think it is OK for them to do whatever they want, its just GROSS. Riot we really need you. This is becoming way too prominent in League of Legends. We need a system that tells us that the person is getting punished we need a bunch of systems that have probably already have been said. So please, we need to stop this.
