As a team based champion, and then was immediately nerfed because she was being picked in the LCS.

Yeah, she was pretty OP with her 30% maximum health damage every 6 seconds.
% Maximum HP is so OP
For some reason I am allowed in the mid lane but not Lulu.
At least she isn't running around blowing people up without the need of actual marksman items, right?
That would be absolutely ridiculous if somebody was nerfed just for being effected at what they are designed to do. Right? . . .
