The update did absolutely NOTHING to address the concerns with this champ. He still has ZERO counterplay whatsoever when he does his troll pole (which is on like a 4 second cooldown with max cdr btw), and the hitbox on his ult is just stupid.

Why is his Q bullshit? is it the range? seems standard. Is it the cooldown? 8s at rank 1 seems hefty. Is it the damage? 0.3 AP ratio wont get you far.
why is his W bullshit? is it the fact that he has to wait 2s before using it (to its full potential)? OH wait, that SUCKS.
why is his E bullshit? Is a champion that builds no morelonomicon spamming a 110 mana skill with a 8s cd AT MAX RANK too much?
