Its beyond me how Riot still hasn't nerfed Ahri for the past 4 years for how ridiculous she is, meanwhile they nerf other champions secretly without us knowing....

That's because he spent 3 years playing other champions so people wouldn't bash him for playing Ahri.

She has not needed nerfs those years because others outshined her. She's only strong now because of the nerfs to other champions.

Except this isn't even true. She is by FAR the best midlaner for YEARS. Just because others were op like syndra or viktor doesn't mean she was totally fine. But fact is ahri has ALWAYS been a safe and reliable pick also covered by statistic FACTS. People just realise it now that her whole competition has been nerfed into the ground compared to her. I played Ahri a few games just for the lulz and it is DISGUSTING how she just doesn't have any losing matchups. You can pick her into ANYTHING and do fine-great with no drawbacks whatsoever EXCEPT her lack of dmg against really tanky targets in the later stages of the game despite her true dmg. She's an assassin after all and not a mage like riot wanted her to be.

Personally, I think one of the major overbearing parts of her kit is the movespeed on her Q. If it was only granted if it hit a champion, I would have less problems with it. But it rewards you for MISSING your Q. That feels way too forgiving.

Lucian doesn't need a nerf. He was garbage tier until the BoRK changes. They need to adjust BoRK again.

Lucian is indeed overtuned due to botrk abuse.

Ahri might use a slight nerf, i agree.

Ivern is surely overperforming, but he might be tricky to balance, because of how well concealed his power is.

Nothing actually get's put on the PBE until the new patch roles out. (Though Riot is still doing stuff internally)

Come back after Wendsday or so, when the new patch comes.

bc they don't need it? ivern might need an increase on daisy's cd, but lucian is barely stronger than the other ad options, and im sorry, but you just can't convince me that ahri is op/broken/busted and in need of nerfs.

Ivern has been number 1 win rate champion in over 5 patch? the first patch doesn't count since people were learning him but ever since his release he has been 1st no matter what, 2nd to him was Shaco the B.S jungler.

Speaking from someone who plays Lucian, I don't think that Lucian himself is the problem. He hasn't been for a long time. What I always tell people is that Lucian is only broken when a new build is discovered that makes him OP. Think Korean armor pen Lucian and the new BOTRK BC build. Before these builds came along he was fine back in early S6.

Riot wants to keep short range, so there's not really a way to balance him besides tweaking his damage, and we all know how that tends to turn out. Graves Kalista

Honestly, if they gave him a little of his range back, reverted the Q damage changes, and forced him to build crit he wouldn't be nearly as much of a problem. The BOTRK BC build is way too overloaded in stats.
