So nunu nerfs when?

He recived a change to his Q, besies lower cd at all ranks, it no longer grants a buff based on which camp he eats, but an stacking buff for each camp he eats, granting up to 10% maxhealth and 50 ms out of combat, which makes him reach ~400ms without boots, just that buff and rank 1 W. Also, his Ult's slow now increases over the duration of the channle to 99%, makeing it harder to escape it without mobillity tools.

But mostly it's the out of combat ms, a well played nunu is just everywhere on the map in the early game, eating your jungle while punishing your lanes as soon as they step out of their tower. It's just free mobi boots...

His playerbase averages 15 games on him, and he has the highest jungle winrate. He might need some small nerfs to put him in line.
