Why does Teemo's blind block Xin's ult?

In my last game, I tried to ult Teemo (while I was blinded I think) and it didn't work. My knockup also didn't work (apparently he can block hard cc now too) while I was blinded. What the actual f*ck is this?

Opponents that are challenged, are not pushed back. Your E and autos, challenge the last opponent hit. Xin zhao's knockup is on his auto. You cant knock him up with an auto attack, while your autos miss.

Not sure why the ult would've been blocked, but as for the knockup, blinds (and I think Jax's dodge too? Not sure) where changed a season or two back to block all bonus effects of an AA from a blinded target (I.E., a blinded TF can't yellow card stun someone)

Do you not know how his blind works and how xin ult works?

His blind will stop your Q's knock-up cause it requires you to actually land the AA's. which you can't cause you're blind. Not a bug.

His ult can't knock people away he he it "challenging" them. By this I mean if you used your E on them or got an AA off on them. So if you used E on teemo or got one AA off before his blind you can't knock him away.

He shouldn't be able to... her E is an ability not an enhanced AA (like her Q).
