Archangel takes 6m15s to charge, Tear takes 11m06s, Manamune takes 12m30s ... wut?

Why does item 3004 take so much longer to charge than item 3003? And why does it even take longer than item 3070? Making the update actually a bad idea unless you have really long cooldowns.

Granted it is a bit easier to achieve top stacking speed with auto attacks, but for most mana champs it's not exactly difficult to use two spells every 8 seconds either.

Maybe it's an oversight that Manamune get's only half the stack (4 instead of 8), but uses the same charge limiter (2 per 8s)?

because auto attacks don't cost mana, and because tear/manamune was causing abuse cases on some champions (Jayce for example)

Manamune hyperscales surprisingly hard on heavy auto attackers.

Like, not even kidding, for 2200 gold, it's more damage per gold efficient than almost every other AD item in the game.

If it was too easy to access, late game hyper scaling auto attackers would dominate waaaaay too hard.

It's not difficult to use 2 spells every 8 seconds but it is to use it efficiently without just wasting mana. Since half the cost of a seraph is for mana and mana regen, it is useless on a champion who is not mana dependent. So you're bound to waste mana on a mana dependent champion to build the seraph at max speed. So it can't happen.

Also the archangel is 2700 gold while the manamune is 2200gp. While both are pretty much even imho.

So I don't see any problems with that.
