Losing LP because someone on your team is playing terribly with the role they selected really isn't fun or acceptable. If you can't play the role you select proficiently, you shouldn't be playing it in ranked, period.

i.e. I just had a Lucian who's currently 0-8 with Lucian, and did as much damage as our support. At Diamond. This shit is a recurring theme.

If you want to force people to play what you want, lead a full premade. Now that you have Dynamic Queue.
