so i think trynd needs a nerf

basically he gets stronger the less health he has so when he does ult his damage becomes INSANE. while cc does counter him (much like yi) he has an escape tool which makes him very frustrating to play against. Also the fact that if he does maganage to beat his laner the typical tryndamere players just backdoors all game. While backdooring is a healthy gameplay mechanic it is not on trynd because it usually requires 2 or more champions to take him down. Again requiring 2 or more champions can be a healthy gameplay mechanic all of these mechanics together make trynd extreamly unhealthy as there are maybe 2 or 3 champions in the game that can maybe take him down. (malph yi and nasus) and if trynd builds correctly he can easily take down malph.

Ok u mentioned positive things about Trynda. Why didnt u bother to post negatives?

Trynda relies on attack speed and everything with attack speed slow works wonders against him. Trynda doesnt have anything to deal with tanks. No true damage, no % hp damage. U mentioned Yi, Yi cant be slowed. Trynda can easily be slowed. Janna can 1v1 Trynda easily. Ye he has gap closer on his E, but considering how squishy he is, he has to have it. He has barely any CC. TBH his CC only works if he chases target. He offers nothing in team fight. No peeling, no CC, no zone control. In teamfight (if he ever joins one) he will try to get to backline and any support with IQ over 20 will peel him easily. On lane he can be easily beaten by Rammus, Malphite,Pantheon ,Teemo, Jax. I mean tbh i dont know if there is ANY top laner that loses lane to Trynda. He can easily be ganked. He also relies too much on items. With buffs to armor items and new armor items u can beat him with anything as long as u build Sunfire cape and Iceborn gauntlet. Hell go tank Soraka and u will beat him. Trynda needs buffs. % HP damage or true damage. So he can be somewhat viable.

U can build this on ANY champion in game and beat Trynda:

wow you are moron of the day. how about a trynd who builds item 3156 item 3153 item 3036 item 3046 item 3142 . If you see the enemy building armor you build to coutner that armor. Your clearly bronze if you think trynd would actually be counters by armor items. any champion can build item 3035 and boom your armor is useless

And that builds have no defensive stats. And very little lifesteal. Anything can one shot u. It just requires a bit of CC. And no im not bronze. Plat ELO actually.

Trynda doesnt "backdoor", he splitpushes. And in order to do that, he has to get your turret. All u need is waveclear and u can stop him 1v1. Or just get ZZ rot portal, put behind ur top turret and u can join your team.

Trynd has so many counters that it's hardly even worth the effort to bother writing this.

Champions that counter Trynd: Poppy, Nasus, Jax, Teemo, Malphite, Renekton, Pantheon, Rammus, Sion.

Items that counter Trynd: Randuins Omen, Thornmail, Frozen Heart .. armor in general.

Yes, Trynd is a split pusher and that's all well and good except for the fact that it leaves the rest of his team 4v5 and honestly if you're terrible enough at this game to get backdoored by a Trynd then you deserve to lose because you're not paying attention.

Sure, his ult is one of those toxic game mechanics of invincibility, but he is still vulnerable to CC, attack speed slows and of course grievous wounds to mitigate his healing.

Tryndamere has more counters than most top laners to be honest. I honestly think he's /relatively/ balanced at this time.

the only thinkg that is bullshit about trynda is his passive crit chance which makes it impossible to judge how much damage he will do in a early game trade.

Yes I am still salty about the times where he gets 3 crits in a row and then is able to get an advantage for the rest of laning phase because of it.
