Can we just give every melee +10 mr?
They need it, 32 mr at level 1 is just too low for someone that needs to be in melee range to cs.

Also there are so many affordable options for dealing with poke in lane:
- Doran’s Shield
- Corrupting or refillable pots
- Spectres Cowl
- Taking Resolve as a secondary tree into a bad lane matchup so you can grab Second Wind and Mirror Shell
Combining any two of this is really effective for surviving or even nullifying harass. I’ve seen amazing Jax players pick into me playing Morde and they play safe early and employ the items/runes above and they survive lane harass and trades well and out scale me.
