Honest Shout-Out to the Riot Balance Team

Look, we all know that League of Legends has some pretty serious balancing issues. That said, the team does a pretty good job given what they have to put up with, and I don't just mean deadlines.

Some champions are just extremely difficult to balance because their kits range from difficult to balance (But awesome designs, like Zed and Zac) to absolutely abysmal designs that really should have never made it past the conceptualization stage the way they are now (See Kalista and Yasuo). The balance team has actually done a pretty good job with Zed overall.

They receive a LOT of flak, and I don't think all of it is fairly placed to be honest. They aren't responsible for the mind-bendingly difficult to balance champions. They just try to make the best of it, and their reworks have been really great overall (Gragas, Skarner, Rengar, etc.)

Perhaps they need to communicate better? I'm not going to bash them all but I've seen 1 red say 1 thing and another red say another about the same topic. "we intend to do this:" says 1 red another " we intend to do this:" being a totally different concept or idea. Also, why allow a broken KIT into the game. If the KIT is broken, the ability to balance that broken kit is impossible. So perhaps Fix the problem before the problem becomes one. I think we all know about this idea. It's like wearing a condom, to prevent having a baby. lol :)
