Can we nerf Camille so that people actually have a chance at playing her?

I think Camille nerfs are necessary so that people like me actually have a chance to play her without being banned 100% of the time. The only things that are honestly overpowered in her kit are the ridiculously low cooldown on her E because it gives her way too much mobility and the 100% true damage scaling on her Q, because that's just retarded quite frankly. Otherwise, I think she's fine despite her kit being extremely overloaded like Yasuo's. Thoughts?

She will be like Yasuo: Nearly impossible to balance because her kit is so overloaded. I'm betting on a rework within 2 years
