@Riot what do you mean about Karthus Q and "More Consistant with Runes"?

So I haven't been playing lately due to Moving for the most part, but I did see the patch notes for Karthus. While the Q nerf was expected, (I'm a little suprised the R nerf didn't go through) I saw the part that said "more consistent with runes" and got confused. Has Karthus's Q not been consistent? What runes haven't been consistent? On this note, I don't suppose you fixed the issue where Scuttle Crab occasionally ignores the skittles have you?

Just curious.
