Tahm Kench Taunts Aren't Balanced

Tahm seems to have a broken taunt system:

1. He'll never use specific taunts despite standing inside the champion

2. He'll be standing next to champion A and instead use the taunt for champion B who is about about five miles away from Tahm

Can we make it his taunts actually work properly?
