Nerf tank items on Twisted Treeline

I can go Malphite bot, Darius/Garen top, and Nautilus jungle, and just nuke their backline for free, while tanking 10 turret shots. Tanks are only kept in check when there are 2 or more high-damage threats on the enemy team (usually a midlaner and ADC). Rebalancing is needed for 3s meta playstyle. There is zero reward for playing more mechanical champs when their level 6 teamfight will render you useless anyway unless you snowball very hard.
