I have an account level 25 that was made long before preseason and I took a break at level 23/24 and just got back into it. Is there any way for me to get the champs that I'm supposed to get for free at certain levels, like Ashe at 2, Garen at 3, and Brand at 4?

Mysticman891 votesNo, but consider that you got IP for every match played then, so you could conceivably buy those champs outright.
Garen you can get for free along with his dreadknight skin from following the league twitter (or youtube or facebook, don't remember whats what for trist/garen/ali).
