Why not make duskblad the lethality sheen item

There are a few AD assassins that can't proc the nightstalker effect as reliably. The item will be reliable on every assassin and depending on how it is done it will make stacking lethality not only the most logical path but the best with the item.

Yeah I don't want ADCs to get a sheen item that can work well with their builds (for lethality ADCs anyway, even with the changes to how lethality scales).
