So I sent an interesting ticket to Riot Support

I asked them if they could reset Taric's Mastery to zero on my account, since he's basically a new champion because of his many changes, and I use the Mastery system to physically gauge my own experience with them. My previous experience with him is basically rendered moot, so it's only fitting that the Mastery level be reset to zero to reflect this. They responded with this:

Thanks for writing. That's a really good idea or suggestion you got there. Sadly, we don't have the tools to reset a champion mastery point. However, we'd love to hear more about this idea so we can continue to improve the game.

I'm probably an extreme case here, given how eccentric I am, and how I am probably the only person in League who asked to have a champion's mastery reset (usually players just ask for refunds). But by my logic it makes sense. What do you all think? If one of your favored champions had a Sion-grade overhaul, would you ask to have their mastery reset?
