Here are some tips:

Despite being "AD Fizz", most of his damage early game is still magic. Investing in an early (for ADs) or (for APs, to build into ) can be a good choice to negate half of his damage during all-ins.
Of course you should still build armor. is the best armor item to use against Fizz. It does not have HP, reduces his attack speed, and has 20% CDR. also works wonders.
Don't towerdive Fizz. His E and his ult can make towerdive attempts backfire badly.
Champions that are good against Fizz: Champions with good early game pressure ( ) Champions that can outduel Fizz ( ) Some ranged champions ( ) Some tanks are also very difficult for Fizz to beat ( )

She can outduel Fizz during the early game. Late game is another history, though.

Fizz is super easy to counter everyone just bitches about him because they don't wanna take the time to study his moves and memorize his cd's and expect riot to nerf him because they're too lazy to take the route everyone else takes

Fizz is pretty dumb man I had a game a while back i went 5-1 with zed in lane vs him then i messed up my w and he dove me under tower at like 90% health champs shouldnt be able to do that when they are 1-5. I did not have a maw but I did have merc treads
