Change Lee Sin's passive and remove the energy regen.

Lee Sin's passive: After each ability use, the next two attacks gain 40% attack speed and 15 energy each.

I've almost never been out of energy on Lee Sin. I've been out of energy many times on every other champion, but never on Lee Sin.

Once ranking up all of his skills he has pretty much infinite 40% attack speed and doesn't ever have to worry about energy unless he spams all of his abilities and never attacks. He has 6 abilities, he should at least have a larger limit on how often he can use them.
