Even though I was more fed than her. She only had 2 crit items in her build, but somehow she manage to outdamage me. That's how broken adc items are right now. Literally ANYONE can build them and do tons of damage.

right becuase that the probr way to fix things.. clearly he has to build adc items too.. hell lets just all build adc items becuase thier broken as fuck.
the reason why "adc's" are OP isnt becuase adc's randomly got thier ratios changed to become stronger
its because the items and they keystones, (mostly items though because keystones are broken for every class, and its still adc that are the biggest issue)

Actually, I've been seeing NB3 building prettymuch nothing but 
on his junglers. Even in Challenger games.

he also can pull it off playing champs he doesn't know how to play.. he is challenger he has a team he can rely on..(aka to steal the kills from) at lower elo we dont.. but yeah pretty much anyone can do that.. i mean it works on ap champs as well, it may not be optimal.. but the fact it even works on champ with no ad ratios should be proof enough
hybrid champs like my own nid
can VERY easily pull it off to. (nid's takedown has AD scaling as well as ap) and all damage deal is dealt as ap so u can even work around them building armor from your autos. buy just landing a spear and pouncing in and using Q to deal magic damage insteaf of physcial (life steal also works on it even though it does magic), i dont do it becuase i cant kite or adc to save my life... but i know it works, i've seen it.. it's pretty damn funny to say the least.
