It's not really ironic when you thunk about it. He doesnt use mana and his q cooldown is already 2 seconds. So he's naturally going to see less of an increase in power in urf, when compared to champs who have longer cooldowns and are mana hungry.

Also because his E and his Q do not scale with cooldown reduction.

Also because everyone has low cooldown and is manaless (essentially) so there is no need to worry about Yasuo spamming skills early when you can do it yourself.

Except for the Windwall that reaches just over 100% uptime. Even if you pressure him early in URF, he'll still be able to deny most forms of damage and then let his team (if not him alone) wipe the floor with you.

What does Ashe do when she has a Windwall in her face constantly? That's who I was playing. Also shut out that game whenever Yasuo was nearby was Graves.

the same thing she always does when there's melee champs around. She holds her ground and continue's taking whatever objective is available occasionally poking people with her ridiculous 1 second cooldown ability based autoattack extender ability with the 1.0 AD ratio which, unless you were silly and built attack speed against a team that's hard to autoattack, would be doing significant damage

Then why did the last 10 moves place ashe in that situation? Have you even seen what her E does?

fuck them, if ashe with her ult up can't possibly help you you're just doing something wrong most likely. Even if she wouldn't have actually fired it she'd have pressured them.

Then go around the windwall or through it if you can survive that.

Yes, because a perma windwall is more op than 80% cdr evelynn or something like that.

Didn't say he was OP, was saying he shuts down anybody who uses projectiles, which is more than useful enough. Eve would do okay vs it, but unfortunately there's not that many champions who don't use projectiles as a decent chunk of damage.

Only when my champ has projectiles in their kit (which is a fair amount of champions, y'know?). Wouldn't be a problem if I was, say, the lawnmower man or helicopter pony.

no, its ironic because of the OP's implication that you can play an imbalanced game mode by picking a champ who is shit in said game mode.

It's cuz he's already an urfed champion. Urf isn't a stacking buff though so he comes off as weak.

but the goal is to play urf mode and if you play yasuo in urf mode you're playing a sub par champion

To suggest that you can play urf mode by picking yasuo is the same as gimping yourself by playing urf mode. Having to pick yasuo is essentially the cost of playing urf mode, youre forced to do something sub par

He's still decent in URF due to wind wall and ult always up shenanigans so he's still decent in teamfights plus he gets the movement increase for Flow plus doubled Flow gain and he gets the AS bonus/Tenacity/Crit Damage.

He's still trash compared to the rest tho haha.
