Rammus Buff

Rammus is great don't get me wrong, but in a tank meta where he should be a god he is extremely weak in jungling, and his ganks are less than decent.

My proposal is that can you buff his taunt range? I feel like everytime I'm close to taunting them I can't hit it, because it's barely out of his AA range. His taunt doesn't even last that long. It's 2.25 seconds max rank, and I love watching my enemies hit themselves.
