Suggestions to improve game health

Overall broad goals:

  1. Reduce snowball, especially early lead snowball
  2. Extend game length (average from 23 back to 30 min.)
  3. Allow come back - game should be fun for both team from start to end.

Changes:

  1. Reduce baron buff power: in current meta, baron = gg. Often, an early lead allow to secure free baron (it's often easy to prevent enemy jungler to try a smite steal with some CC) - nerf the bonus to minions / nerf the siege power. Maybe give more team gold instead.
  2. Buff tower: buff tower damage and health / resistances, especially nexus towers. There's been more and more tools to re-position, switch agro, destroy turrets... that turrets feel useless now. This is a shame: a "tower defense" type game should have relevant towers...
  3. Reduce rewards (exp and gold) from champion kills. Reducing exp. snowball would in turn indirectly nerf runes (which are based on level) snowball.
  4. Nerf damage overall. (which would allow for longer fights, this in turns make fight more entertaining to fight and to play)
  5. Shift early power of some champions to mid / late. This would prevent the frustrating binary meta of "free win by snowballing within the 5 first minutes or free loss" which feels terrible to play, whether you're on the winning side or losing side.
  6. By working on items and kits, allow all class to be relevant in the mid to late game. Having 1 ultra-carry champions is okay if it is niche (protect the kog-maw), but if it is systematic and we have a Faker Taric support mid, or a Rekkles Janna support bot, something is wrong.

.... there's probably many possibilities I didn't think of.
