I'm Going to be 100% honest, Yes i main Lucian and yes he can seem weak at times, but what did they do to Lucian , not item builds, LUCIAN and JUST LUCIAN. They just didn't rly touch him, the thing was the item 3142 / item 3071 was rly good on him, but the crit build still worked fine. They nerfed the ghostblade and that almost killed that build, that does NOTHING to effect lucian(other than builds). He isn't picked in LCS anymore, but nor is Draven KogMaw Tristana , do they need buffs to because they aren't as good as they use to be? Lucian is still a good champ and i am having tons of success with him(other than just ADC in general in 2017), Lucian doesn't need a buff but ADCs need a buff.

PS: nerf Zyra/Malz but don't "Gut" them

I highly highly doubt you have more games on lucian than me. He is weak. He was on the lower side of the meta before the armor pen changes but was decent. Crit was ok but not good enough for him. Then the pre-season happened and it fucked him royaly. The adc role got weaker overall and he was already closer to the weak but was mostly balanced. After the preseason changes he went far far on the side of weak to under powered. Lucian is not just Lucian. He was weak and gutted after the nerfs and the preseason changes. Now things should be a bit better with this patch but to sit there and say he was still good the last three patches you obviously don't understand the champion, the game of league, or the role of adc. Shit I had a 70% win rate at one point this season and its still 60. You can play him well but to say he wasn't weak just because you are good with him is just asinine.

I'm well over 400 games with him and have 155.7K points on him. So, you didn't read what i was saying that well(thats fine), the nerfs that lucian got during the time he was one of the best ADCs were just minor tweaks to numbers and some ranges go down. The second thing is that ghostblade was nerfed and the build was gone, he just fell. Yes it was the build making lucian good but people STILL played him in LCS WITH the crit build, there is nothing wrong with LUCIAN as a champ LUCIAN is not the problem. The role its self is the problem
